When TRITON’s founders met while working at the same construction company in the mid 2000’s, they knew they shared a similar approach to completing high-quality projects. That approach turned into a business model as they continued to collaborate for nearly eight years before launching TRITON. Together they’ve proven the market doesn’t need bigger hammers, just sharper nails.

Reese Baez, Owner

Reese began his journey into construction in the early 2000’s while in college. Working initially as a Project Manager, then moving into Preconstruction and Estimating, he was able to experience a range of sectors including office, retail, mixed-use, industrial, faith-based and financial institutions. While the projects continued to change, the reward was always the same. Working from start to finish, Reese relished in being able to realize a physical expression of his efforts. Flash forward more than 15 years and he still marvels at the end result of every one of TRITON projects.

Reese is responsible for TRITON’s pre-construction activities as he’s well versed in conceptual and schematic budget development, design and process management, estimating, bid and proposal management, value engineering, as well as project acquisitions and negotiations. He also works to drive TRITON’s overall growth through business development and the continuous improvement of its processes and systems.

Everyone has a voice at TRITON, from the client’s leadership team to our site superintendents. That’s not just a cultural distinction, it’s our brand difference.”
